Nathalie Girard (Gender: female). Nathalie Girard is an associate professor in the department in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (ISTIC), University of Rennes1. She is member of the IntuiDoc research team at the IRISA laboratory. She has held assistant professor and postdoctoral research positions at University of La Rochelle, L3I laboratory and University of Tours, RFAI team, LI laboratory. She obtained her Ph.D. in computer science from the University of La Rochelle in 2013. Her research interests include classification, image recognition, incremental learning, handwriting recognition, and user interaction.
